This is a very nice, high quality "Eligible Receiver" tee jersey with Peyton Manning's number and name. The number 18 is on both front and back while the name "Manning" is only on the back. AFC and Broncos is on the front and the Bronco logo is on the left jersey sleeve. Understand that this is a heavy-weight cotton tee, not a game jersey. The material is indeed heavy-weight cotton and the numbers/letters are silk screened, not sewn onto the jersey (always turn the jersey inside out when washing and drying!). However, the silk screening is very heavy and should be long-lasting. It's also silk screened to imitate a sewn letterornumber. The jersey itself runs a bit small. I ordered an XL and it's almost a Large, just a tad snug. The material is nice and comfortable, and the numbering & lettering are well done for a tjersey. The colors on it are great. Overall I say it is a good quality item and worth the $$; just maybe order the next size up as it will shrink just a bit.
